Spain Trip

Right after Denny and I got back from France, we had plans to go down to Spain for a long weekend. Since Denny was visiting, we thought bringing him along would be a nice birthday present!!! Pretty cool to say that I took my brother to Spain for his birthday.
We took a bus. BAD IDEA!! Three little kids for a 16 hour bus ride one way was hard! The kids were actually really good, but it was fun that was for sure.
We got to Lloret De Mar and hung out on the beach. Then we took a bus into Barcelona ate at the pier there, visited the aquarium they have there and really enjoyed it. Denny even babysat for us one night while KC and I went out shopping!

Then we went to a Medieval dinner show! Pretty cool since it was in Spanish. They serve dinner with no silverware. But my good LORD! Did they ever had the best chicken! They just put a whole chicken in front of you when you eat. They bring this soup with bread and serve wine. It was incredible. The plot of the shower, there is this evil wizard with a coven of witches who are killing off all the knights. During a tournment, the knights are fighting for the top honor among the king and queen. But when the wizard challenges them, they must ban together to fight. We were sitting in the blue knights section. He was the one that won the tournement and each time he won, he gave out flowers to all the little girls. KC ran down to the area barrier and held Abby up and the knight saw her, rode right over to her and handed her the last flower of the evening. I tell you what, she wouldn't let go of that thing for two days straight!!!

After that, we got home, spent the next day on the beach, and in the evening time, KC and I took off to go look at the tide pools with Abby.
