I started the day baking cookies.
Me (in the kitchen): Hi honey how are you??:
Benjamin: My tummy hurts!
Me (concerned): Oh dear! Well maybe if you sip on some milk.
Benjamin (eyeing cookies in oven): OK, we try milk
Me (with a better idea): Want to try a cookie, that might help?
Benjamin: Oh! Yeah! My tummy tells me it wants a cookie to feel better!
Me: Here you go!
Benjamin (after said cookie is gone): Oh that is just soo good, my tummy doesn't feel bad! And all my hurt feelings are gone and I am happy! (then he runs out of the kitchen to be Superman)
MORAL:
Between bandaids and home made cookies, all the problems and plagues of this world can be solved!
