At the beginning of th month, I got the opportunity to go to Poland for some Polish Pottery! Its been growing big in the last ten years and I have loved the stuff since I first saw it! We left at 0430 and got home close to midnight! We must have stopped at over 20 stores. Poland is not yet part of the European Union, and as such is still very poor. But the thriving little town where we went to visit was charming! Since half of me is polish, I had to find a restaurant and have a plate of my favorite dish...polish pirogi!!!! Nummy stuff!!!!
